Step 1 _ Select the airline with which you have filed your claim from the drop-down menu and indicate a complete contact address in Spain and Portugal so that we can assist you remotely if necessary. precise (free deliveries/pick-ups for passengers)
Step 2 _ Attach photos of your luggage so we can see what happened, please pay attention to the information required. If you do the process by mobile, we recommend attaching screenshots to speed up the shipping process.
Step 3 _ Attach photos of the claim documentation that is requested depending on the corresponding airline.
✔ Once done successfully: Our workshop will assess your case and will send you an email indicating whether the suitcase can be repaired or a new one needs to be sent to you.
✔ New suitcases are shipped within 24/48 hours, unless you have indicated otherwise in a reply to that email.
✔ If you are told that it can be fixed, you will receive a communication with the process for collection and subsequent shipping once it is fixed.
