Tarín Maletas offers a Customer Service and Post-Sales service that is provided in collaboration with different recognized brands in the sector.
If the product is under warranty, you will need the duly completed warranty certificate or the original purchase receipt. We will determine if the problem is covered by that warranty, and if that warranty is applicable, the product will be repaired free of charge.

For this, the Client must present the damaged suitcase, and the documentation, previously indicated by the company. The documentation will depend on the company in question.
By way of example, some of the documents that may be requested are: (i) baggage irregularity report (DPR); (ii) ticket or boarding pass, (iii) billing label.
Tarín Maletas has its own workshop that allows it to offer Clients a luggage repair service, regardless of whether or not the product was purchased in the store.
If it cannot be repaired, Tarin Suitcases offers special prices , so that Clients can replace their damaged suitcase with a new one: Tarin Suitcases offers a special discount for the purchase of the new suitcase and takes charge of bringing the useless suitcase to the point cleansed.
The Tarín Suitcases workshop also issues Certificates of Irreparability of luggage to those passengers who need it to present it to the airline that requests it. Tarín charges for the issuance of the aforementioned certificate based on the current rate at any time, only not charges this certificate to those clients who decide to buy the new suitcase in Tarín, for the return of that suitcase to take place, the amount of the certificate must be previously paid, the discount from which the client had previously benefited from the purchase
Prices and payment methods
The Client undertakes to pay in advance the amount for the products actually requested in the resulting amount indicated on the Website by payment by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
For those orders that are consumed by email through firstname.lastname@example.org , the Client must make a transfer to the account number indicated by Tarín Maletas through said email.
The Customer who places the order must guarantee that he is fully authorized to use the credit card in question and that it has sufficient funds to cover all costs resulting from the purchase of the selected products. In the event of a rejection by the corresponding bank, the order will be automatically canceled and the Client will be informed by sending an email.
For those cases in which the Client demands the cancellation of the charge made without just cause (theft, improper use of the card), he must compensate Tarín Maletas for the damages caused that said cancellation could generate.

Once a product has been purchased, the invoices will be sent to the registration email with all the prices broken down (the corresponding amount, shipping costs and taxes) that are applicable. Delivery methods and shipping costs
It will be the Customer's responsibility to assume all risks of deterioration, impairment, damage and loss of the products from the moment they were made available to them by the third party (courier company) that delivers the purchased products, remaining under the sole and exclusive responsibility of the Client to verify the good condition of the package before the third party that makes said delivery, indicating in the corresponding delivery note any anomaly that could be detected. If any incident such as blow, breakage or any damage caused by the shipment is detected later, the Client undertakes to notify Tarín Maletas as soon as possible.
The Client will have the possibility of rejecting the package, if it had been opened or if there were obvious signs of deterioration, the Client being obliged to indicate the reason for the return on the courier's delivery note and committing to communicate it to Tarín Maletas at the as soon as possible.
Claims for orders received must be addressed to Tarín Maletas by email at the address email@example.com, within a maximum period of 2 business days following the delivery of the products. Failure to carry out the process following these conditions will allow Tarín Maletas to reserve the right to decide whether or not to proceed with the relevant claim.
The shipping costs for the delivery of the products will be borne by Tarín Maletas throughout the peninsular territory, as well as in Portugal (with the exception of the Islands, Ceuta or Melilla, for which a prior budget must be determined).
For all those orders that are formalized before 12:00 p.m. (peninsular time) , unless they are made on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, and as long as there is availability of the product, the Customer may choose the delivery period between:
Orders made on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays and/or outside business hours will be processed on the first business day after the order is placed. It must be taken into account that the deadlines are computed in work days and may be altered by local or national holidays. Tarín Maletas will not be responsible for delays that occur due to causes beyond its control or force majeure.
Sometimes, depending on the type of products requested, it may be that each one has a different delivery time, Tarín Maletas not assuming any type of responsibility in those cases in which the products do not all arrive at the same time (provided that the delivery has occurred within the established period).
Tarín Maletas will request, with a purely indicative purpose, a time frame to make the delivery, although the effective delivery will depend on the third party carrier within its delivery schedule from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. In any case, an order will be considered to be within the delivery period if a delivery attempt is made with the result "absent recipient", "incomplete address" or "unknown recipient" if the address and recipient have not been correctly provided by the Customer. Product availability and loss

Cancellation, return and exchange of the product
To cancel an order before delivery, the Client must inform Tarín Maletas within a maximum period of 24 hours from the date of placing the order. If the product has already been shipped, the Customer must collect the order when it is delivered and start the return process.
If the Client is not satisfied with the product received, he can return it.
